Ecsenius tricolor, known commonly as the Derawan combtooth-blenny in Indonesia,[1] is a species of combtooth blenny in the genus Ecsenius.[2] It is found in the western central Pacific ocean, around the Philippines and Borneo.[2] It was named by Victor Gruschka Springer and Gerald R. Allen in 2001,[3] and can reach a maximum length of 6 centimetres.[2] Blennies in this species feed primarily off of plants, including benthic algae and weeds.[4]
